Update: Man charged with Huddersfield murder
Police investigating the murder of a man in Huddersfield have charged a 48-year-old.
Detective Chief Inspector Adrian Taylor, said: “Surjit Singh Sidhu, of New Hey Road, Huddersfield, will appear at Bradford Magistrates Court this morning (Monday) charged with murder.
“A 30-year old oman who was also arrested has been released on bail.”
The investigation was launched on Friday May 2 after the body of an adult male was found inside a flat on Ashenhurst Rise in Newsome.
