Update: Woman who fell to her death from Boothtown flats is named

Police were called to Range Lane at 1.25pm on Thursday, May 1, after members of the public raised concerns for Miss Freeman’s safety.

When they arrived she was in a serious condition and later died at the scene.

A police investigation into the circumstances of the fall was launched and they have now said there is no evident to suggest foul play.

An inquest in to the cause of Miss Freeman’s death was opened and adjourned on Thursday.

Miss Freeman was aged 32.
