UPDATED: Descriptions of gang who attacked man in Halifax

Detectives have released descriptions of three men they want to speak to after a man suffered head injuries in an attack in Halifax.

The 38-year-old victim was assaulted while walking with friends at the junction of Rushton Street and Wadsworth Street, off Queens Road, just before 11pm on Saturday night.

He was taken to hospital with head injuries.

The suspects are described as three Asian men, all in their early 20s.

One was stocky and the other two were of average build.

Police are appealing for anyone with information that might help their investigation to call Calderdale CID on 101.
