Police in West Yorkshire are reiterating their warning of the dangers of drugs after deaths in Derbyshire and Greater Manchester.
Bryan Dent, force drugs co-ordinator for West Yorkshire Police, said: “Although drug users think they know what they are taking - this isn’t always the case.
“Often the content of drugs is simply unknown.
“This also applies to so-called ‘legal highs’ and not just illegal drugs.
“We work closely with our partners to make the communities of West Yorkshire safer places to live and work.
“The police will always encourage drug users to seek help from the number of drug treatment agencies that operate throughout West Yorkshire.”
