Woman attacked walking home in Elland

Detectives are trying to find a man who assaulted a woman as she walked home in Elland.

The 29-year-old victim was in Beech Street when she was attacked.

The man threatened her and then fled after she fought back, escaping in the direction of Southgate.

The victim suffered minor injuries.

The suspect has been described as white, 5ft 10ins tall, of medium build and with stubble.

He was wearing a black hooded top with a small white motif on the left chest and black trousers.
