Cyclists urged to get on their bikes to help Epilepsy charity
The cyclo-sportive raises money to help support people affected by epilepsy in the UK, of which there are over 51,000 people in Yorkshire.

Hide AdCarl Foster, Fundraising Events Officer at Epilepsy Action, said: “The Harrogate Sportive gives cyclists the chance to take to the streets of Yorkshire and ride through some of the most stunning scenery the county has to offer.
“There are two lengths of route on offer, suitable for both novice and elite cyclists.
“Last year was our first ever sportive and we received fantastic feedback, especially about the route.

Hide Ad“We hope to build on this with more sign-ups in 2015 and another fantastic cycling event.”
He added: “Every penny raised from the Harrogate Sportive will go to Epilepsy Action so every cyclist taking part will really be making a difference to the lives of people with epilepsy.”
Epilepsy Action has worked with Cycle Yorkshire and British Cycling to develop the Harrogate Sportive.
