E-fit of Holbeck attempted burglary suspect

Police have released an e-fit image of a man who they are trying to identify following an attempted burglary at a property in Holbeck.

The offence happened between 1.50am and 2am on November 30. The man involved has initially tried to get in to a house in Ingram Close by trying the front door handle before climbing over a fence and trying the back door. He has then been confronted by a neighbour and left the scene.

The man is described as white, between 5ft 10ins and 6ft tall, of slim build, with short, cropped dark hair. He was wearing a white t-shirt and spoke with a local accent.

PC Alexander Daniels, of Leeds District Neighbourhood Crime Team, said: “We would urge anyone who recognises the man pictured in this e-fit image to get in touch. Similarly, if you have information about this offence please call us on 101.
