Two worlds collided when members of the Titanic ran into a gang of unruly pirates.
But it was all in the name of fun, as the cast of Titanic the Musical, performed by Halifax Operatic Society, met stars of the Commotion of the Motion celebration at Eureka children’s museum.
Sophie Ballinger, communications specialist at Eureka, said the clash of the two groups had been a big success.
“We decided to invite the cast of Titanic to come and mix with our pirates and it went really well,” she said.
“The children enjoyed meeting the different characters and we’d like to thank Halifax Operatic Society for agreeing to come down and spend the morning with us.”
Titanic the Musical will be held at the Victoria Theatre until Saturday, while the Commotion in the Ocean display continues at Eureka until Sunday.
