Hipperholme and Lightcliffe Day Nursery is celebrating again after it retained its outstanding rating by Ofsted.
Inspectors Jane Tucker and Frank Kelly commented on the excellent working relationships with parents and the exceptionally close bonds between children and their key person
Charlotte Roebuck, Managing Director, said’ ‘I am delighted that my team have once again been recognised for their exceptional knowledge and their superb quality of teaching.
"I have had the pleasure of leading the team through three Outstanding inspections. I am thrilled for colleagues, parents and most importantly the children in our care’.
The nursery based on Bradford Road was previously inspected in December 2013 achieving Outstanding judgements across all areas.
The inspectors were also impressed by the strong emphasis on developing children’s early language and communication skills and the highly stimulating outdoor play area used superbly to enhance children’s learning
Jade Rose, Nursery Manager, said: "The staff team worked well together throughout the day and welcomed the opportunity to demonstrate their wide range of skills and knowledge."
Alice Imeson, Deputy Manager added: "‘I am very proud of how the children and parents engaged with the two inspectors throughout the day’.
The nursery kitchen and its meticulous hygiene procedures also received high praise from inspectors who stated, ‘children enjoy high quality meals freshly prepared each day’.
