Hebden Bridge mum Fiona Goh is the new director of Holmfirth Arts Festival which runs from June 13 to 23.

Fiona, who has lived in the town for six years with her husband and two young boys, is a music graduate from the University of Leeds. She has worked with a number of high profile Yorkshire events including Harrogate International Festival, Ilkley Literature Festival, Beverley Literature Festival and Swaledale Festival and has carried out research and consultancy for arts networking organisations in the UK (British Arts Festivals Association) and internationally (Association of Irish Festival Events, Europe Jazz Network).

Fiona is a board member for Hebden Bridge’s not-for-profit Crossley Mill Nursery and has also undertaken business plan research for Hebden Bridge Community Association.
