Firefighters spent two and a half hours battling a moorland fire near Wainstalls this afternoon.
They were called to land off Cold Edge Road at around 1.30pm, where a 500 square metre area was ablaze.
A crew from Illingworth and a specialist moorland fire response unit dealt with the incident.
It was the second wildfire in four days.
On Friday afternoon, a fire spanning four miles broke out on Baitings Moor, Soyland.
More than 50 firefighters spent two and a half hours tackling the flames.
