Fresh appeal to find muggers

A FRESH appeal has been made to find muggers who left a man with both his arms broken.

As reported in the Courier, the 45-year-old man was in Popple Drive, Illingworth, Halifax, on his way home from a night out when he was approached by three men.

Officers say he was looking at his mobile phone at the time when there was an altercation that led him to run away, abandoning his phone.

He went home but then returned, looking for his phone and was in Tewit Green when he saw the same men.

There was a further altercation which resulted in him being knocked to the ground with his arms broken. The suspects are described as three white men, aged between 19 and 30.
