A fundraiser for a little girl with a debilitating neurological condition has moved her family a step closer to paying for the special equipment they need.
The parents of Elisha Clarke, who has Rett syndrome, are hoping to raise £10,000 for Eye Gaze technology, which can be used by people with the condition to help with communication and understanding.
Elisha’s mum Kirstie, pictured with her daughter and partner Craig, said: “It went extremely well. We managed to raise a massive £3,076, which will go towards our £10,000 target for the Eye Gaze Technology we hope to get in the near future for Elisha. The night included a raffle and auction with prizes from many local business.
“I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped make the night a brilliant success and to all those that donated prizes.”
