Funds raised for mums' group

JC Warburtons Funeral Service of Todmorden has received a gift from the support group Angel Wings.

The organisation’s 12th Cuddle Cot was handed to the funeral service and was dedicated in loving memory of Callum Brown and Jack Pickles from Todmorden.

Debbie Bennett, the online representative for Angel Wings who made the presentation , said: “We received a fantastic, overwhelming and exceptionally warm welcome from Peter Kelly, who offers a wonderfully bespoke and very unique service.

“My many thanks to friends, family and the very generous people of Todmorden, that have helped in fundraising for this vital piece of equipment.

“I hope that this will enable grieving families to create precious memories with their Angel babies.”

Angel Wings is an online group supporting all families who have suffered the heartache of losing a baby or child through miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, born asleep, premature birth, cot death, illness and accident.
