Halifax care home residents given Easter eggs by Morrisons

It was a happy Easter for residents at Fernside Hall Care Home in Halifax after they were donated chocolate eggs by Morrisons in Illingworth.

The care home was given 22 Easter eggs, one for every resident.

Michelle Taylor, team leader at the home, said: “We cared for the father of an employee at Morrisons, so she wanted to thank us for the care we gave him.

“We were absolutely over the moon. It was a lovely thought.
