Halifax woman killed on Hipperholme railway is named
A woman who died in Hipperholme after she was hit by a train has been named.
Kimberley Needham aged 39 from Halifax was struck just before 6.15pm by the Manchester to Leeds Northern Rail Service close to Hipperholme Tunnel near Halifax on Monday December 29, 2014.
British Transport Police officers attended after a report that a woman had been struck by a train.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene and her death is being treated as non suspicious
A file is being prepared for the Coroner.
