Have a ball at beach party

There will be entertainment, a BBQ, a raffle and fundraising fun and games at the event on Saturday, June 27.

Craig Geogre, fundraising and relationship manager, said: “We don’t believe in squeezing every penny from people’s pockets so neither the raffle or any of the fun games we’ve got arranged will cost more than £1 on the night.”

All of the entertainment and food is in with the ticket price of £20, which can be obtained by calling 01422 361515.

Craig added: “The aim is to raise awareness of our work and raise funds to enable us to continue providing housing and support to the homeless and vulnerably housed people of Calderdale. We need to raise around £150,000 each year and the beach party night should bring in about £3,000 of that”

“We held a wild west themed party last year which was a huge success and I think the beach party will be just as good if not better. Feedback we got from attendees was fantastic and most of those people cannot wait for this one.”
