l Here is your handy guide to some organised walks coming up in Calderdale.
l On Tuesday, March 31, CREW (Cardiac Rehabilitation by Exercise and Walking) will explore the Shibden Valley on a four-and-a-half mile long walk.
Meet at the Stump Cross Inn at 10am.
CREW is a local cardiac support charity offering exercise classes, educational sessions, a weekly four to five mile walk and social events for people with cardiac or circulatory problems.

l Take a stroll around Illingworth and Ovenden on Monday, March 30, with two walks organised by the South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
Meet at 10.45am at the Illingworth Moor Methodist Church, Keighley Road, for a short, easy, 30-minute walk. Refreshments will be available after.
Or meet at the Ovenden Beechwood Medical Centre, Keighley Road, at 1pm for a moderate 60 to 90 minute long walk. There will be some inclines and walkers are asked to not bring dogs.
