Man found dead at desolate spot in Cragg Vale did from natural causes

A MAN found dead at a desolate spot by a walker died from natural causes.

An inquest heard 40-year-old Richard Fisher had been dead for some time when he was discovered at Red Dykes Farm in Cragg Vale in August last year.

It is thought Mr Fisher, who was identified using fingerprint records, had been sleeping rough at the building.

A post mortem could not ascertain the cause of death but Deputy Coroner Professor Paul Marks said on the balance of probabilities, he died from natural causes.
