Hundreds raised for the people of Haiti

The annual Haiti fund raiser at Brighouse Central Methodist Church was another success raising vital funds for the country.

The event raised £745 which will be sent to families in Haiti for the basic necessities of life. Organiser Edward Holmes said: “This may be seen as only a drop in the ocean of need but a boon to those receiving the help; who then in turn help their neighbours.”
