DETECTIVES investigating an attack on a grandma as she went Christmas shopping are still appealing for anyone with information to get in touch.
The 74-year-old, who had recently suffered a heart attack, was on Gibbet Street in Halifax at 10am on Monday, December 19 on her way to buy gifts for her grandchildren when a youth tried to grab her purse.
She was pulled over and left sprawled in the middle of the road.
The woman suffered a broken arm and bruising.
Three people were arrested and released on bail pending further inquiries.
