Judge agrees to extend ASBO
A JUDGE has agreed to vary an anti-social behaviour order (ASBO) on Jeanne Wilding, extending it by six months.
Deputy Assistant Judge Hirst, sitting at Calderdale Magistrates Court, agreed to extend the order imposed on Ms Wilding, now of Millwright Street, Mabgate, Leeds, who was given a five-year order on January 2008 for her actions in Bottomley, near Walsden, Todmorden.
It has now been extended until July 21, pending a full hearing of Calderdale Council’s application to extend the original order by five years on the grounds that Ms Wilding is continuing with persistent anti-social behaviour.
