A DEVELOPER wanting to turn a disused underground reservoir into a home has submitted a second appeal in a bid to obtain planning permission.
David Brown was refused permission in 2007 for the scheme at the junction of Rocks Lane and Union Lane, Ogden, because it involved a roof above ground level.
Calderdale Council said it would spoil the appearance of the green belt.
His second application was rejected because of the “lack of amenity space” around the property.
Now Mr Brown has appealed again and written representations must be made by the month end. Then the inspectors will decide.
