NEW bus services will start this month, including the resurrection of a service connecting Calderdale with the White Rose shopping centre in Leeds.
The X80 route will run between Calderdale via West Vale, Elland, Rastrick, Brighouse and the M62.
The M62 service was ended in January 2006.
Other bus changes coming into force include a revised 546 for Warley, which will now serve Gibbet Street via Stock Lane, Warley Town Lane, Newlands Road, Highroad Well Lane and Court Lane back to Gibbet Street towards Halifax.
The 526 route will now be covered by the 539 service.
The Wainstalls service – number 554 – will be operated by Centrebus Monday to Saturday but by First buses on Sundays.
Changes come into force on April 30.

Meanwhile a funding bid is being prepared that could bring £50m to improve transport across West Yorkshire. A single bid will be submitted by the West Yorkshire authorities to the Department for Transport.
The bid is expected to say the groups will improve access to main employment sites and town centres using sustainable modes of transport.
