The taxi driver who caused the death of Halifax teenager Lisa Saville has been sentenced.
Jawaid Iqbal, 42, was given a 12 month sentence, suspended for two years at Bradford Crown Court.
He was told to complete 100 hours unpaid work and banned from driving for a year.
Judge Robert Bartfield told Iqbal, who had admitted causing the 19 year-old’s death by careless driving, he was not allowed to enter Halifax for the duration of his two year sentence.
