Luke Ambler takes #itsoktotalk message to Prince Charles
The campaign, and Andy’s Man Club, was set up last year in the face of personal tragedy, when his brother-in-law Andrew took his own life.
Luke said the devastation it caused was like nothing he had seen in his life and it spurred him on to make a difference.

This week saw Luke visit Clarence House with The Samaritans charity and speak to Prince Charles.
Rugby league player Luke, who has previously met Prince Harry, described the day as “amazing” and said he was blown away and even more driven to continue spreading the message and raising awareness.
“It doesn’t get any bigger or better than shaking hands and having a proper chat and conversation to the future king,” Luke said.

“There’s still a lot of grieving taking place, but it gives us the strength to keep fighting.”
More clubs, which give men an open space to talk about their mental health, are due to open and Luke says he would love to see it continue and build as a global charity.
