We teamed up with Woolshops Shopping Centre, Halifax, to mark the Queen’s 90th birthday by making one special lady in Calderdale feel like the royalty she is.

And that winner can now be announced as Madeline Metcalfe, from Luddendenfoot.

Great-grandmother-of-three Madeline, 69, was entered into the draw by her granddaughter India Annison.

She has scooped some fabulous prizes, including a Pandora bracelet and charm, an afternoon tea for two, vouchers, chocolate and more.

She said: “I just can’t believe that it’s me. I was really taken aback when I found out.

“I knew I had been entered into the draw, but you never expect it to be you.

“It’s lovely. The Pandora bracelet is just beautiful and I’m really looking forward to the afternoon tea.

“I really do feel like royalty and it’s really generous of all the traders in Woolshops to offer the prizes.”

Madeline lives in Luddendenfoot with her husband Allan.

She has a daughter Lisa, three grandchildren, India, Elliott and Thomas, and three great grandchildren, Lois, Layla and Albie.
