Man arrested following shooting in Leeds

A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following a shooting that left two men injured in Leeds.

The incident happened at about 9pm on Tuesday, December 9, in Seacroft, Leeds.

Detective Chief Inspector Steve Thomas, from West Yorkshire Police’s Protective Services (Crime) said: “In a preplanned police operation in the early hours of this morning (Saturday), officers arrested a local man from an address in Leeds.

“He was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and remains in police custody while the investigation continues to progress.”
