Police are appealing for witnesses after a fatal crash on the M1 motorway yesterday (Tuesday).
The crash happened at about 4.12pm on the northbound carriageway, about half a mile after junction 46, Leeds.
An Audi A4 convertible collided with the central reservation before crossing all three lanes of the motorway and ending in a field.
The 42-year-old male driver of the Audi was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other vehicles were involved.
