11am: Serbian Orthodox Parish of St John The Baptist – Celebration of the Patron Saint – Serbian Orthodox Church, Boothtown, Halifax – Mayor and Consort.

7pm: Annual Ukrainian New Year’s Dance – Halifax Ukrainian Social Club, Queen’s Road, Halifax – Mayor and Consort.

7.15pm: Southgate Methodist Church, Elland – Drama & Social Group “Oliver” – Mayor and Consort.

Friday 22 January

1.45pm: Warley Road School – Pupils on the School Parliament to visit Halifax Town Hall and meet the Mayor.

4pm: Students on exchange visit from Germany with North Halifax Grammar School to visit Halifax Town Hall – Mayor.

6pm: Calderdale Museums’ Service – Opening of “Lost Houses from the South Pennines” Exhibition – Bankfield Museum, Halifax – Mayor to open – Mayor and Consort.
