Message to shop locally at Christmas
Totally Locally, a social enterprise which was originally rolled out in Hebden Bridge, aims to increase the trade of goods in towns up and down the country and has released its manifesto for the coming festive season.
The group’s promotional poster offers a checklist for shoppers visiting their local towns and gives a range of advice.

The initiative from Totally Locally coincides with Small Business Saturday, which takes place next month.
The event, on Saturday, December 3, is a campaign about celebrating small businesses in the region and encouraging people to support them by shopping in their local area.
Calderdale Council’s Cabinet Member for Regeneration and Economic Development, Coun Barry Collins, said: “Calderdale is crammed full of successful small businesses and you can support Small Business Saturday, such as buying your presents locally or looking for local shops that can provide you with that amazing gift to give.”
