The Met Office has issued an ice warning for Yorkshire for tonight (Saturday).

As skies clear and winds ease, icy stretches are expected to form in parts of Scotland later this evening and in some other parts before Sunday morning. Additionally higher level routes in Northern Ireland, north Wales, northern England and Scotland may see localised snow cover, chiefly above 250 to 300 metres.

The public should be aware of possible slippery surfaces to start the day on Sunday.
