No charges will be brought against MP Craig Whittaker
NO charges will be brought against MP Craig Whittaker after he was arrested on suspicion of assault.
A spokeswoman for West Yorkshire Police said: “We submitted a report to the Crown Prosecution Service to consider the evidence.
“The Crown Prosecution Service has made a decision and decided no further action will be taken.”
The Conservative MP who represents the Calder Valley was arrested on suspicion of assault on Boxing Day last year.
