Opening date for new Piece Hall restaurant revealed

A major new restaurant and bakery, operated by The Piece Hall Trust, will open to the public next month.

Located on the ground Arcade level in the ‘south-eastern’ corner of the Grade I listed building, the restaurant will be open on November 8.

The Bakery shop will adjoin the restaurant and be open throughout the day for customers to enjoy fresh bakery products along with locally roasted coffee overlooking The Piece Hall’s courtyard.

Following a public call-out to name the restaurant, a private preview event will take place the evening before with the winner announcement and name unveiling by the Mayor of Calderdale.

Visitors are invited to come down to The Piece Hall on Thursday November 8 to experience the new venture. There will be offers and samples available at The Bakery from 10am, whilst stocks last.
