The Tour de France is the subject of a new collection of paintings by Ripponden artist Martin Cowton.
The series of pictures shows cyclists such as Sir Bradley Wiggins and Mark Cavendish tackling the terrain in France.
Martin said: “For many years I have been an enthusiastic cyclist and in my paintings try to convey the passion I feel for the sport that shows the determination of athletes to overcome the challenges of extreme landscapes that become etched on their faces.
“For me it doesn’t get any better than the 2014 Tour actually passing my doorstep.
“Abacus cards are also using two of my images as part of their range while local galleries are expressing an interest in my work.”
The paintings are available at www.martincowtonfineart.co.uk and Pedal Sport cycles at King Cross.
