Pensioner robbed in his Liversedge home - witness appeal
The 79-year-old victim was threatened and pushed during the incident which happened on St Barnabas Road at around 11am yesterday (Tuesday).
The victim was alone in the living room of his house when two people entered and made demands for money.

Hide AdThe intruders pushed the pensioner around causing his trousers to rip before leaving with his bag, containing cash and a bank book.
Detective Constable Andy Clayton, of Kirklees CID, said: “Thankfully the victim was not physically hurt but understandably this incident has left him distressed and anxious.
“We are keen to speak to anyone who has seen anyone in the St Barnabas Road area around this time who has been acting suspiciously. The suspects have left with the victim’s bag which was a black canvas shoulder bag with red stripes and a zip on top. If anyone thinks they have seen anyone with this bag they are urged to get in touch.”
