Hundreds attend rally in Halifax town centre to show solidarity with Gaza

The rally outside Halifax Town Hall on Saturday afternoon was organised by Calderdale Council of Mosques.

Between 300 and 400 are estimated to have been there to show solidarity with the people of Gaza.

There was a collective dua for Palestine and a petition letter was delivered to the town hall.

In London on Saturday, around 100,000 gathered in London in a show of solidarity for Palestine and to demand a immediate end to Israel's bombardment of Gaza after the October 7 terror attack by Hamas.
