There was a feast of food on offer in Calderdale over the weekend, with two events boasting a fine range of culinary delights.

The two-day Halifax Food and Drink Festival featured live cookery demonstrations, workshops and stalls of fantastic food and drink.

The Chow Down at the Piece Hall featured street food pop-ups, a Yorkshire farmers and produce market, cocktails, ale and live music, with crowds flocking to both events in the summer sunshine.
