Physio team gets in festive spirit with Christmas donation

Lynne Midwinter, from the Todmorden company, said: “As a business we and our patients regularly donate food and money to the food drop-in and we have a collection box at the practice.

“Last year it struck me that at Christmas every kid needs a treat and maybe having an advent calendar is a little luxury that everyone should have.

“We are delighted to be able to help local families in this way and we are hugely grateful to Todmorden food drop-in for the fabulous work they are doing for our community.”

Janet Garner, from Todmorden food drop-in, said “We are so grateful for the support that Physio and Therapies have given us since we opened.

“We try our best to make sure that everyone who uses the food drop-in has something special to eat over the Christmas season.

“We will shortly be launching our Christmas appeal and Lynne and her team have got it off to a great start.”
