The weekly free Parkrun at Shroggs Park was again well-attended as participants of all ages and abilities joined in.

Around 100 runners a week take part in the parkrun, which takes place every Saturday at 9am over a 5k course.

Runners do three-and-a-half laps in the park on a mixture of tarmac and trail paths.
