Police called to Sowerby Bridge after reports of a man with a blade
Police were called to Sowerby Bridge on Wednesday afternoon following reports of a man behaving in a threatening manner.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said that officers were called to the incident at around 4.15pm, where it was thought the man may have been armed with a bladed weapon or instrument.
It’s not thought anyone was injured. A 45-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of affray.
Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
