Police confirm crashed car near Calderdale this morning was 'abandoned'
Police have said a car was left 'abandoned' after rolling off a cliff edge on a Scammonden road this morning.

An image of the car was shared this morning on the Twitter page of West Yorkshire Police Drones, after police arrived at the scene on New Hey Road.
After sharing the image, the police drone team confirmed Assisting Roads Policing were at the scene of serious collision at Scammonden, which could have nearly been 'fatal'.
A spokeswoman from the police said: "It was an abandoned vehicle, which had crashed."
Police confirmed they are not making a public appealing for the incident.
