Police helicopter called out to free stranded horses
The police helicopter was called to Todmorden last night (Monday) to rescue two stranded horses and their riders.
The incident happened at Withens Moor at 8.25pm.
A police spokesperson said: “We landed and assisted in freeing the horses.”
