Police patrols aim to cut down irresponsible parking outside Calderdale school

Police officers have been conducting patrols outside a Calderdale school in a bid to cut down irresponsible parking.

Due to recent complaint’s about inconsiderate parking outside Withinfields School in Southowram, PCSO 693 CALKELD and her colleagues attended the area,.

They were joined by Calderdale Parking Services and Calderdale Community wardens.

The agency operation conducted patrols in the area to address this issue and further patrols will continue in the area.

PCSO Calkeld has also conducted speed checks in the area of Pinnar Lane, Southowram.

Over 30 cars were speed checked and all were conducting the appropriate speed.
