Visitor Centre staff will have a whole range of information on what else is happening in the build up to the tour.

For the first time there will be a 100 day cultural festival leading up to the race which passes through Calderdale on July 6.

Calderdale Council’s Cabinet Member for Communities, Councillor Steve Sweeney, said: ““Our knowledgeable staff will be able to help you with a wide range of information about the Tour de France in Calderdale.

“This is an opportunity to check out the best places to see the tour, and also find out about the events going on across Calderdale during the 100 day cultural festival starting on the March 2.”
