Rescue team called out to help injured fell runner
Calder Valley Search and Rescue were called out to hell an injured fell runner on Bronte Falls on New Year's Day.
The team was alerted to the injured person by the Yorkshire Ambulance Service, and sent four vehicles with team members to assist the man, who had suffered a leg injury.
The man was stretchered up a hill despite conditions becoming rainy and cold, where he was taken to A&E by friends.
