Roads closed in Halifax town centre during police incident
Roads were closed in Halifax town centre last night following concerns for a man's safety.
Police were called to an address on Albion Court, near Mecca Bingo, at around 6pm.
When they arrived at the scene, police saw the man and began speaking to him - roads were closed during the incident as a precaution and for public safety.
Officers were with the man until around 9.20pm, when they entered the property with his consent.
The man was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
