School life: Students design for Alton Towers on Enterprise Day

At Brighouse High year eight students recently took part in the National Enterprise Challenge.

All students were set the ‘real life’ task by Alton Towers. In teams of six students had to create and present a new attraction or event to support and promote the space themed Galaxy ride.

The day included a celebrity appearance form Lee Ottoway who starred in Hollyoaks, Heartbeat and more recently The Syndicate.

The winning team will represent the school at the National Enterprise Competition finals in July 2017.

They will present to a team of judges including the event’s ambassador Theo Paphitis and representatives of Alton Towers.
