Snow alert for Calderdale
A Met Office has issue a snow warning for Calderdale today (Monday).
The yellow ‘be aware’ warning for snow is valid for Yorkshire and the Humber from 6pm this afternoon, until 12pm on Wednesday (January 14).
Showers are expected to fall from Monday evening into Tuesday and are likely above about 100m.
Calderdale Council have said that the conditions will be monitored overnight and all routes will be treated early Tuesday morning for ice and possible snow.
