SOS call from firefighters to help with Christmas Fair

A festive SOS message has been sent out to bands and choirs to help Halifax Fire Station with their Christmas fair.

The station on Skircoat Moor Road, Halifax, needs performers for the event this Sunday from 12.30pm to 5.30pm.

There will be attractions for all the family with market stalls, children’s entertainment, live prevention shows, a Santa’s grotto, Little Freddie plus much more. Donations on the gate will go to the Firefighters Charity and other local charities. Anybody able to help is asked to get in touch with Station Commander Dominic Furby on 01422 386820
